Try this Bellbird Spring cocktail!
Ingredients
- 60mL Bellbird Spring Rustico
- 30mL Fresh Lime Juice
- 20mL Sugar Syrup
- Egg White
- Dash of bitters
Instructions
- Add your egg white to a shaker glass
- Dry shake the egg white to emulsify
- Fill shaker glass with ice
- Add remaining ingredients
- Shake and double strain into a chilled glass
- Garnish with a dash of bitters
